Retail Sod Sales – We can recommend & install the grass variety best suited for your lawn.

Aeration – Removes small cores of soil from your lawn to allow air, moisture, and fertilizer to get down to the root zone. It helps to control thatch, creates 
growth pockets for new roots, increases drying of wet areas, improves soil 
composition, relieves compaction from traffic, and improves response to 
fertilization.

Top Dressing – Stimulates the grass to produce new shoots, which results in a more dense grass cover. This helps to combat the onset of weed and moss 
infestation.

Lawn Care Program: Includes 8 applications per year

• Fertilizer – Properly timed granular and/or liquid feedings to promote thick, vibrant green grass with a vigorous root system
• Pre-emergent Weed Control – To create a pre-emergent barrier and prevent weeds from invading your lawn
• Post-emergent Weed Control – Tailored to get rid of over 40 of the most common lawn weeds
• Lawn Insect Control – Applications to clear out destructive chinch bugs, sod webworms, mole crickets, and other turf damaging insects as needed throughout the year
• Fungicide for Brown Patch – This fungus is a soil-borne organism which attacks grass during periods of high humidity and moderately high temperatures
• * Soil Amendments – Based on the results of lab testing, amendments are added to correct nutrient deficiencies and Ph balance. Lime and Sulfur applications are applied as required * Additional charges may apply.

Shrub Care Program: Includes 6 applications per year

• Fertilizer – Granular and/or liquid Fertilizer containing micronutrients to give your shrubs the food they need to flourish
• Horticultural Oil – Applied to plants when they are dormant to prevent insects and fungus infestations
• Insect Control – During peak season, plants will be inspected for signs of insect activity such as boring and tunneling; These problems will be treated quickly to prevent further activity
• Fungicide – Plants will be inspected for signs of spots, blotches, blights, and mold; Contact or systemic fungicides may be applied to cure these problems

St. Augustine – Palmetto St. Augustine is a premium turf with a wide leaf blade and dark green color. It is the most shade-tolerant grass. St. Augustine is most commonly used for residential lawns.

Centipede – Centipede is an economical option for residential and commercial lawns. It is lighter green in color and prefers to be installed in sunny areas.

Empire Zoysia – Empire Turf is a durable turf that is blue-green in color. It is used for commercial and residential properties. We love this turf for its look and drought tolerance.

Bermuda – 419 Bermuda is a great choice for your commercial or golf course property.
